So this year I have vowed to put myself ‘out there’. To push myself far beyond my comfort zones and see what happens. I always say to my clients that they have to feel discomfort in order to actually change (whether that be in shape, weight loss, fitness levels or whatever). We’ve all heard it before- good things don’t happen when you sit on your bum!!! Except maybe a pedicure? Or sitting at a wine bar? Anyway, you know what I mean.

At the end of last year I was asked to write a blog for Miss Dashwood. I was thrilled to be asked but soooo scared of putting my story out there for others to read. I felt like I was exposing myself to strangers, opening up my trench coat and shimmying ‘the girls’ around for all to see! So I stalled, and I gave excuses as to why I couldn’t. But then last week I was asked again, luckily, and I thought what better way to put myself ‘out there’ then to actually get myself ‘out there’? So, here it is. A bit of insight in to me, what inspires me and what makes me love my job so much.

Being fit and healthy should be fun, indulgent and also realistic

Enjoy! xx
